Volleyball Specific Training


This is a SPEED, STRENGTH and AGILITY Training Program developed specifically for volleyball players by Lead trainer, Coach Kalina Stephens to optimize volleyball skill sets. Coach Kalina developed this program thru the years and will be offering it exclusively at Pinnacle Volleyball Hawaii. Our speed, agility, strength training will be volleyball specific concentrating on core strengthening and balance development. We have drills to train specific muscles to enhance the volleyball techniques for a stronger, quicker athlete. A stronger core, will result in stronger serves, stronger hits, and bigger blocks. While our program is volleyball specific, as the athletes progress, we will incorporate position specific training for hitters, middles, setters and liberos. Recommended weekly, to maintain your level of play.

All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
Cost is $10 for each 1 hour session.
