This clinic is designed for intermediate players 9-18 year olds, 2 years club experience needed, who wants to learn the proper form and technique.
This is clinic completely breaks down the entire S/R technique down to basics. S/R passing is one of the most important skills in volleyball for all players,
regardless of position they play. Clinic Guideline:
- Proper footwork, balance and platform reinforcement.- Getting to the ball midline.
- Reinforcement of form and technique
- Passing drills and corrections.
All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
