Complete Libero Clinic with Sarah Mendoza!
These clinic is coached by Former University of Hawaii, D1 Standout Libero SARAH MENDOZA, are designed for intermediate players (13+ with 1-2 years experience) wanting to learn what it takes to become a TOP D1 Libero and improve their passing and digging techniques. Comprehensive session covers all of what you would need to know to be a top D1 Libero.
Clinic Guideline: Special Elite Libero/Serve Receive Clinic - sunday 3:30-5pm
Cost is $35 for 1.5 hour session.
Passing
- Platform and overhead passing, working on consistency and efficiency- Serve receive passing, working on consistency and efficiency
- Focus on proper form and technique
- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
Defense
- Main focus on defense transitions- Defensive: Digging & ground work
- Reinforcing platform and learning proper angles
- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
- Understanding and prioritizing visual cues to simplify your positional responsibilities
- Minor adjustments to feet, body and angle to maximize performance
