ALL SKILLS CLINCS - Sundays
These clinics are designed for beginner players wanting to learn the game and to be a complete volleyball player. We use various drills to build consistency and a solid foundation. No Experience Necessary ages 11-13.Clinic Guideline:
- Fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting and serving- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
- Enhancing communication skills
- Proper form, balance and footwork coaching
All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
