"SEMI PRIVATE" ALL SKILLS "Fundamentals" CLINIC (1.5 hours)
Sundays 4:30-6pm
These clinics are designed for beginner players wanting to learn the game and to be a complete volleyball player. We use various drills to build consistency and a solid foundation. No Experience Necessary ages 7-18. Semi-private for more feedback and correction, faster learning time. Cost is $45 for 1 session (1.5 hours). Join at any time.
Clinic Guideline:
- Focusing on passing serve receives. - Fundamentals of setting, hitting and serving- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
- Enhancing communication skills
- Proper form, balance and footwork coaching
- Some scrimmages and "live" ball handling
"SEMI PRIVATE" LOW ATHLETE TO COACH RATIO. 6 Participants MAX for each Coach.
All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
