ALL SKILLS "Fundamentals" CLINIC (1.5 hours)
These clinics are designed for beginner players wanting to learn the game and to be a complete volleyball player. We use various drills to build consistency and a solid foundation. No Experience Necessary ages 7-18. Cost is $100 for 4 sessions. Join at any time.Clinic Guideline:
- Fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting and serving- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
- Enhancing communication skills
- Proper form, balance and footwork coaching
- Some scrimmages and "live" ball handling
All clinics are held in Waipio at our MSV Gym.
