Kainoa Mitchell's "Complete" Hitter Clinic

Want to learn the proper hitting technique? This comprehensive Clinic is designed for intermediate players (13+ year olds with 2+ year club experience). Comprehensive session breaks down the complete hitting technique from proper footwork and approach to arm swing and hand position to make you a "COMPLETE" Hitter.
We will break down the proper hitting technique.

Camp Guideline: Kainoa Mitchell's Complete Hitters Clinic

- Approach: We will cover the proper footwork for approach as well as angles.
- Timing: Great timing is needed for maximum explosiveness and power.
- Arm Swing: We will teach proper arm swing for maximum ball speed.
- Focusing on proper form and technique
- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development


All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
Cost is $60 for 2 hour session. Space is limited.
