Kainoa Mitchell's "INTENSE!" Serve Receive Passing 3-day Camp (1 hour)

These clinics are designed for intermediate and advanced players (13+ year olds with 1+ years experience) wanting to improve their serve receive passing skills. 100% INTENSE Passing session! This clinic is perfect for Liberos and DS's wanting to learn from a Top D1 collegiate Player and USAV GOLD MEDAL Coach. Serve Receive is THE MOST important skill for ANY volleyball player regardless of position. This session is higher priced BUT with a LOWER athlete to coach ratio, your ahtlete will get a lot more touches and feedback.

Clinic Guideline:

- Main focus on passing serve receives
- Reinforcing platform and learning proper angles
- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
- Understanding and prioritizing visual cues to simplify your positional responsibilities
- Minor adjustments to feet, body and angle to maximize performance


All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium on Sundays 2-3pm. (8/4, 8/11, 8/18)
Cost is $180 for 3 - 1 hour sessions. Space is limited.
