James Ka Hitting CLINIC

These clinics are designed for intermediate and advanced players (13+ year olds with 1-2 years experience) wanting to learn the proper hitting technique from a Top D1 collegiate Coach, James Ka. Coach James Ka is also a TOP AVP player and is known for his concussion producing hits! Comprehensive session covers all from proper footwork to arm swing. We will break down the proper hitting technique.

Clinic Guideline: James Ka Hitting Clinic

- Approach: We will cover the proper footwork for approach as well as angles.
- Timing: Great timing is needed for maximum explosiveness and power.
- Arm Swing: We will teach proper arm swing for maximum ball speed.
- Focusing on proper form and technique
- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development

All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
Cost is $60 for 1 hour session. Space is limited.
