ADVANCED+ TRAINING CLINICS - Sundays 1-2pm

This high level clinics are designed for intermediate players wanting to take their level to the next level coached by Coach Teixeira. Advanced+ Training Clinic is our next step above all skills "+" Clinics. High rep clinic for maximum amount of training. We will cover all skills including serving, setting, hitting and passing. We will also incorporate game time situations (Scrimmages when enough players) for learining how to read the court and opponent. This clinic is for Intermediate players 12+ with 2+ years club experience. Coach Teixeira is known for motivating all players to challenge themselves to perform at their absolute best level possible.

Clinic Guideline:

- Passing, setting, hitting and serving drills
- Enhancing communication skills
- Game time situation drills
- Advanced "System" Training.
- Tactical positioning on court to simplify your responsibilities.
- Learning to read opponents. Focus on reading hands, arms, and body of opponent to predict type of hits and serves.
- Minor adjustments to feet, body and angle to maximize performance.

All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium. 1 Hour.
Cost is $25/1 hour.
