Refund Policy



No Refunds, No Credits. Due to the complexity and extra bookkeeping required for credits, there will be no credit issued for missed clinics.

Changing clinics will incur a $25 processing fee for each single clinics, and $45 processing fee for each multi day clinics/camps if spots are available.

Clinics are Transferable to others with No fee if you coordinate the transfer and payment yourself. Just have your replacement mention your registered name at the front desk.

If the State orders a mandatory lock down statewide, we will give 100% refunds of unused clinics.

CLINIC CHANGE INFORMATION

Because our registration process is fully automated for roster accuracy, we do not manually do our rosters. Unfortunately, for clinic change requests, we will need to charge a fee to cover our webmasters charges to manually redo the inventory count, page listing, and update the player roster. Change fee is as follows:

$25 if you wish to change your reservation, 24 hours after you initially made the purchase.
$35 if you wish to change your reservation, up to 1 week BEFORE your clinic date.
$50 if you wish to change your reservation, up to 3 days BEFORE your clinic date.

We will not be able to do a clinic date change after the "3 days BEFORE" time line as we will not be able to resell your spot. We value your support and business, and we really hate to charge a change fee, however, it is necessary to cover expenses associated with changing your clinic. Please fill out the form below, and make sure the new clinic you wish to attend is not sold out. Also, please choose a 2nd choice in case the first choice is sold out. We will contact you by email once the change is made. Submitting the form does not guarantee the clinic change. If we are unable to change the clinic, the change fee only will be refunded. There is a No Refund policy for clinic reservations.
