Hitting CLINIC (1.5 hours)
Our beginner and intermediate session covers everything from proper footwork to arm swing. No Experience Necessary ages 11-15.We will break down the proper hitting technique.
Clinic Guideline:
- Approach: We will cover the proper footwork for approach as well as angles.- Timing: Great timing is needed for maximum explosiveness and power.
- Arm Swing: We will teach proper arm swing for maximum ball speed.
- Focusing on proper form and technique
- Lots of repetition for muscle memory development
All clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
