Training Clinic - SUNDAYS 3-5pm
"ADVANCED" Training Clinic are for advanced players wanting to improve their overall game. High rep clinic for maximum amount of training.
This is for advanced players. We will cover all skills including serving, setting, hitting and passing. We will also
incorporate game time situations for learining how to read the court and opponent. Minimum 3 year club volleyball or High School JV or Varsity experience.
Clinic Guideline:
- Passing, setting, hitting and serving drills- Enhancing communication skills
- Learning to read opponent and court. Looking for visual cues. - Game time situation drills
Special clinics are held in Mililani at Hanalani Schools Gymnasium.
Cost is $45 for 2 hour session.
